STANDARD TERMS OF SERVICE

These Standard Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to all products and services offered by Rock Productions LLC, including but not limited to Erik Rock, Mission Project Coaching, events, mentoring, coaching, consulting, done-for-you services, websites, funnels, automations, AI technologies, social media management, content creation, production, digital programs, memberships, and any related online or offline experiences (collectively, the “Services”).
By purchasing, accessing, or using any Service, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms, along with any additional terms presented at checkout or in a written agreement specific to a particular offer (the “Offer Terms”).
If these Terms conflict with Offer Terms for a specific program or project, the Offer Terms will control for that specific engagement.
1. PARTIES
These Terms are between:
- Rock Productions LLC, including its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and representatives, and any brand operating under it (including but not limited to Erik Rock, Mission Project, and related entities) (collectively, “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), and
- You, the person or entity purchasing or using the Services (“Client”).
If you are purchasing on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms.
2. NATURE OF SERVICES
Company provides a mix of educational, advisory, and done-for-you services, including but not limited to:
- Group and 1:1 coaching, mentoring, and consulting
- Workshops, masterclasses, events, and live or virtual experiences
- Membership programs and online courses
- Branding, website design, funnel building, copywriting, automations, AI workflows, and related tech implementation
- Social media management, content strategy, content creation, and production
- Other services described on our websites, checkouts, proposals, or sales pages
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, all coaching, mentoring, and educational Services are for information and education only and are not a guarantee of specific results.
3. NO GUARANTEES OR EARNINGS CLAIMS
You understand and agree that:
- Company does not guarantee any particular outcome, revenue, profit, client volume, or business growth.
- Past results, case studies, and testimonials are not a promise or guarantee of what you will achieve. They are examples only.
- Your results depend on many factors outside our control, including your experience, skills, implementation, market conditions, and personal circumstances.
Any income, earnings, or performance statements are aspirational examples only and should not be construed as guarantees or legal/financial advice.
4. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
You agree to:
1. Provide accurate information and materials needed for us to perform the Services.
2. Participate fully in any coaching, strategy, or onboarding process.
3. Implement the strategies, action steps, and recommendations in a timely manner.
4. Meet all deadlines for approvals, content, feedback, and payments.
5. Be respectful in all communications with our team and other clients.
For done-for-you work, delays in providing content, approvals, or access may result in delays in delivery timelines, for which Company is not responsible.
5. PAYMENTS, FEES & REFUNDS
All prices, fees, and payment schedules are specified on the relevant sales page, proposal, checkout page, or invoice.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the Offer Terms:
- All payments are non-refundable.
- Payment plans are not subscriptions that can be canceled at will; they are a commitment to pay the full agreed amount in installments.
- You authorize Company and its payment processors (e.g., Stripe under “ericrockandrockproductions”) to charge your chosen payment method for the agreed amounts.
If a payment fails, you agree to promptly update your payment details. Company may:
- Suspend access to Services (including coaching calls, communities, content, portals)
- Withhold delivery of done-for-you assets
until payment issues are resolved.
Chargebacks:
You agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first communicating with Company to resolve the issue. Filing a chargeback without cause may result in immediate termination of access to all Services and potential pursuit of owed fees.
Any special refund policies for a specific program (if offered) will be clearly stated in the Offer Terms and will override this section for that program only.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless explicitly assigned in writing:
- All content, frameworks, designs, funnels, copy, training materials, videos, scripts, processes, and tools created by Company remain the intellectual property of Company or its licensors.
- For educational programs, memberships, and coaching: you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal business use only. You may not resell, share, distribute, or publicly display any materials without written permission.
- For done-for-you Services (e.g., custom websites, funnels, assets): you receive a license to use the deliverables in your own business, subject to full payment. Company retains rights to reuse and adapt underlying frameworks, processes, templates, and non-client-specific elements.
You agree not to:
- Copy, reproduce, or redistribute program materials to third parties
- Represent Company’s work, frameworks, or assets as your own intellectual property
- Reverse-engineer or use Company materials to create competing products or services substantially based on our IP
7. AI, AUTOMATIONS & THIRD-PARTY TOOLS
Company may use AI technologies and third-party platforms (including but not limited to GoHighLevel, automation tools, AI content generation, video tools, and other SaaS platforms) in the design, delivery, or management of your Services.
You understand and agree that:
- AI-generated content and automations may require human review and editing. You are responsible for verifying any content, messages, or outputs before relying on them in your business.
- Company is not responsible for errors, outages, or changes in functionality of third-party platforms.
- You may be required to maintain your own subscriptions or accounts to certain platforms (e.g. GoHighLevel sub-accounts, email providers, domain registrars, etc.) as part of the Services.
You remain responsible for ensuring your use of any AI or automations complies with all applicable laws, platform terms, and industry regulations.
8. CONFIDENTIALITY & PUBLICITY
Confidentiality:
Company agrees to reasonably protect your confidential, non-public business information and not intentionally disclose it to third parties except:
- As necessary to deliver the Services (e.g., contractors working under our direction)
- Where required by law
- Where information is already publicly available or independently obtained
Publicity & Testimonials:
You grant Company permission to:
- Reference working with you or your company as a client in marketing or sales materials
- Use your name, logo, and non-sensitive project details as part of portfolios, case studies, or presentations
- Use testimonials, results, screenshots, or feedback you voluntarily provide (in text, video, or other formats) for marketing purposes
You may withdraw permission for future use of personally identifiable testimonials by contacting us in writing, but this does not require Company to remove all past uses already in circulation.
9. MEDIA RELEASE (EVENTS, CALLS & RECORDINGS)
For live or virtual experiences (coaching calls, events, trainings, masterclasses, etc.):
- Sessions may be recorded (audio, video, screenshots, chat logs) for internal use, replays, or future programs.
- By participating, you grant Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your likeness, voice, name (first name only unless otherwise agreed), and statements in recordings for educational and promotional purposes, without additional compensation.
If you do not wish to be recorded or visible, it is your responsibility to:
- Turn off your camera
- Use a generic username
- Refrain from speaking during recorded segments
Where a specific event has different media terms, those will be communicated separately.
10. NO PROFESSIONAL ADVICE (LEGAL, FINANCIAL, MEDICAL, ETC.)
You understand and agree that:
- Company, including Erik Rock and any coaches, is not your lawyer, accountant, financial advisor, therapist, or medical professional.
- Nothing in the Services should be construed as legal, tax, financial, or medical advice.
- You are solely responsible for consulting qualified professionals before making legal, financial, or health-related decisions.
All strategies and recommendations are provided for educational and informational purposes only.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to the Services, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruptions, or loss of data.
- Company’s total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Services, these Terms, or any Offer Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Company for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.
You agree that any claim must be brought within one (1) year of the cause of action, or it is permanently barred.
12. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Company and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and representatives from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from:
- Your use or misuse of the Services
- Your violation of these Terms or any Offer Terms
- Your infringement of any third-party rights
- Content or materials you provide to Company
13. TERMINATION
Company reserves the right to:
- Suspend or terminate your access to Services
- Remove you from communities, events, or programs
if you:
- Fail to pay fees when due
- Violate these Terms or Offer Terms
- Engage in abusive, harassing, illegal, or harmful behavior toward Company, team members, or other clients
Termination for cause does not relieve you of your obligation to pay any outstanding amounts owed.
You may stop using the Services at any time; however, no refunds will be provided unless explicitly stated in the Offer Terms.
14. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [State], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.
If resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration or to the courts of [County, State], as determined by Company’s then-current dispute policy. Each party shall bear its own costs and attorneys’ fees, unless otherwise awarded by the arbitrator or court.
15. CHANGES TO TERMS
Company may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect the most recent version.
Your continued use of the Services after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.
16. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with any applicable Offer Terms, proposals, or written agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Company concerning the Services and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral.
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
